- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 2/3 Cup Frozen Spinach If using fresh spinach make it a cup
- 4-5 Baby Carrots
- 1/3 Sliced Apple
- 1/3 Small Beet Increase the amount depending on your preference. I am usually ok with a full small beet.
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Serving Protein Powder

Ingredients and Health Benefits:
- 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- 2/3 Cup Frozen Spinach (make a full cup if using fresh spinach)
- 4-5 Baby Carrots
- ⅓ of an Apple
- ⅓ of a Small Beet (Pre-Boiled)
- 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
- 1 Serving of Protein Powder
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Add 1 cup of water or almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
